SIR MARCO RAYMONDIN

Born as Marc, but everybody call him Marco.

Born 1949. That Italian meaning and his original look, betray its parisian origins.

At age 16 he bought his first motorcycle, a 125 cc Gnome Rhone R4C. From that moment his life was linked to the passion of the motors and the two wheels… but with a peculiarity: the unconditional love for the British.

His spiritual father and reference was Jacques Charrier, pilot of the postwar that introduced him to the bike seriously in all its forms. The passion for the trial led him to the founding of AFATA, an association dedicated to amateur owners of vintage motorcycles (Triumph, Ariel, Norton, Greeves, Dot, Françis Barnett, Bultaco, Ossa), shortly after, he does the same for the world of motocross and enduro.

Mark now runs the “Brooklands Motors”, a Ducati dealer and a garage for vintage and modern bikes. Better if they bring the Union Jack on the tank.
His eyes shine when he takes out his 1956 navy blue Triumph, which in 2010 was launched to more than 120 mph on the Salt Lake at Bonneville – Utah.
One of the most magical emotions that any biker can dream.
